Hebei Lingcheng Packing Material Technology Co., Ltd., located at Xiong County, Hebei Province where is known as China geothermal hot springs town and the base of printing and packaging industry, was established in 2000 (former known as Runda Packing Co., Ltd.). The company is a private enterprise specializing in the production of plastic-composite color printing flexible packaging and environment-friendly paper packaging products. As one of famous enterprises of Hebei plastic flexible packaging industry, Lingcheng Packing Material Technology Co., Ltd. is an integrated one of design, production and sales which covers an area of 6100 square meters with the workshop and office building of 6000 square meters. In addition, Lingcheng is also famous as the standing committee chairman unit of Hebei Packaging Chamber of Commerce as well as the governing unit of China Packaging Federation.

Lingcheng boasts to possess domestic advanced technology and equipments including automatic high-speed color gravure printing machine, inspection machine, dry laminating machine, bag machine and film blowing machine etc., dedicating itself to provide high-end flexible packaging products and solutions for various industries and fields as well as establish such enterprise purpose and service system as "Supported by staffs, market-oriented, customer-centered, survive with quality and develop with efficiency". At present, the company owns two brands namely "Lingcheng" and "Jiuyuan" which bring the company such title as the China Packaging Outstanding Brand Enterprise. So far the company has been awarded QS certificate, ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14000 environmental management system certification and OHSAS180000 occupation health and safety system certification separately. In 2012, the company introduced the concept of healthy packaging and invested heavily in the building of R&D laboratory, importing complete set of inspection equipments which is qualified to test physical, hygienic and safety properties of food packaging products to ensure that all products meet the odorless, nontoxic, hygienic and safe standards and being healthy to users.
